Is this a Twist out, Rod set, or Wet set? According to standard definitions:
• Twist out: two strands wrapped around each other (no rods or rollers — just hands)
• Rod set: small, firm rods (rubber or plastic) on wet hair
• Wet set: rollers, perm rods, or flexi rods on wet hair.
Here are used rods, wrapping just one strand of hair — but on almost-dry hair.
