I’m Jeannette Flower, an Advanced Aesthetics Nurse Prescriber. I spent decades as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner specialising in women’s health, contraception and menopause — and I’m also a woman in my 60s.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported women through some of the most vulnerable and changing times in their lives. I’ve listened, reassured and helped women understand their bodies and feel in control again.

Then, of course, I started getting older too.

I noticed the changes in my own face and skin. I still felt like me inside, but sometimes the woman looking back in the mirror didn’t reflect how I felt.

I wasn’t ready to stop caring about my appearance because I’d reached a certain age. But I didn’t want to look ‘done’ either.

I didn’t want to look younger. I simply wanted to look like the best version of me.

And that feeling is at the heart of JF Aesthetics.

My clinic isn’t about changing faces or chasing youth. It’s about listening to what bothers you, understanding what you want and using my medical and aesthetics experience to achieve natural-looking results.

Sometimes that means softening a line, restoring volume, improving skin quality or encouraging cell renewal. And sometimes, after talking things through, the right decision is to do very little.
