This has got to sum up how important prevention of any sports/occupational injuries is!
To those who have taken up a sport this year whether its to get healthier and to feel better about yourself or for a specific sporting event please look after YOU! Diet, exercise, conditioning, rest!
Incorporate a decent warm up, cool down, stretch, mobility and for improved recovery - !!!
