Have you heard about the Winter Appeal this year? With the national strikes happening you may not have received mail from me yet but rest assured its on its way.

Here's what we're doing..

We're helping and supporting an animal sanctuary called Home In The Hills. Owned and self funded by client Rachel Hargrave. They have over 60 animals and many arrive into their care unwell. They are cared for and loved for the rest of their lives at the sanctuary.

To help I'm collecting unwanted books (no cookbooks or readers digest though),
the sale of the books buys feed for the animals which will massively help them through winter.

If you've got any books collecting dust at home or work that you want to offload then bring them with you to your appointment. I will take any that you want to declutter from your life 😊

There have been lots of new things in the last year and now we have a new identity too, welcome to Britannia Hair & Scalp 🎉

There's a few reasons to change and move forward, the main one being 'why not?'

Britannia Square is a well known district of Worcester with old georgian buildings. It really is beautiful to look around. It's within walking distance of the city but tucked away out of sight from the main hub.

This is the only salon in Britannia Square and I wanted to remain connected to the neighbourhood rather than stand alone on the edge not belonging to the area or the city.

Finally got some artwork up in the new salon (had to paint first 🙈 let me just say painting walls is not a love I have).

This picture is special for me because it was my nan's, you may remember that she was a hairdresser so she was pretty awesome.

This picture was in her dining room, for 35 years whenever we ate in there I'd sit to her right at the table and when I looked over this was behind her.

I love her hair in this picture and because it reminds me of my nan it was important to have it in the new salon and back in a place where I could see it every day 🥰
