Reposting as over the past month I've been let down with no shows (mostly with no reply or reasoning - I am an understanding gal) I’ve still somewhat continued to be very laid back on my deposits, cancellation, no shows and so on. I now definitely need to be more firm because of the continued occasions where it's still happened and I've been too soft.
