Also a new cancellation policy, we now require 48 hour cancellation notice prior to your appointment, this also includes changes to your appointment. This lady said I could do anything I wanted and she didn’t want to know. So I removed her previous colour (brown with golden highlights) and did a total change for her. To say she was pleased is an understatement 💜🩷

Today we decided to tone down the vibrant red to a warm, deep red instead ❤️
