A few months ago, I hated my body.

After stress, trauma, anxiety, surgery and putting everyone else first, I stopped looking after myself. I was stuck in survival mode and my health, confidence and wellbeing suffered because of it.

Recently, I’ve started prioritising myself again.

I’m eating better.
Moving more.
Looking after my mental health.
Working on regulating my nervous system.
And supporting my body with lymphatic drainage and RF treatments.

The scales haven’t changed much.

But my body has.

And before anyone says it… yes, there is fake tan involved 🤣

Don’t worry, my salon’s no fake tan policy for appointments still stands 😂

But fake tan doesn’t reduce bloating, improve circulation, support your lymphatic system or make you feel lighter in your own body.
