CANCELLATION POLICY.
If you cancel or re-arrange within 48 hours of your appointment then 50% of the full service price will be charged. This applies to all services and no further appointments will be made until this has been paid.

Any no shows will be charged the full service price and no further appointments will be made until this has been paid.

From tomorrow there will be a slight price rise on some services. This will affect mainly my colour clients to reflect the increase on stock prices, with a few other services included.
You all know I don't like to do this, but unfortunately, I have to make some adjustments to go in line with the current price rises.

Well that's me finished for 2024. I would like to thank everyone for all the kind gifts I have received but most of all I am so grateful for each and every one of my amazing customers. Thank you all so much for your loyalty over the years and always keeping me super busy. This has been another fantastic year and I am already looking forward to seeing you all again in the New Year.

I have decided to put a cancellation policy in place as of now. I have thought long and hard about doing this as I do understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control but over the last couple of months I have lost far too much money from last minute cancellations and re-arranged appointments. If you cancel or re-arrange at short notice it leaves it too late for me to get someone else booked in and therefore I'm the one ending up out of pocket. So Going forward this is what I will be doing.

Can anyone who has my bank details please check and make sure you haven't accidentally sent me some money over on Saturday that wasn't meant for me. I can't see any details so can't figure out who it is but I'm pretty sure it's been sent by accident and would like to give it back to who it belong's too. This week I had a challenge after one of my clients died her blonde hair pink for charity.
She hoped it would of faded out before her next appointment but unfortunatley it didn't. I managed to get her back to her usual white blonde with the help if a lot of bleach and my trusted vitaplex bonding treatment to help keep her hair protected through the bleaching process. After finally using a Milkshake smoothie toner and a good trim her hair was as good as new and more importantly back to blonde ❄️
Well done Chloe for raising money for Charity, but we did agree she won't be doing it again🤭 💚

Autumn is here and that means my favourite shades are popular again. I just love the richness you get from these shades and the shine is always amazing 😍 Will never get bored when my clients ask for transformations like this. I love my job 💚
