Starting tomorrow, I’ll be running 5 km a day for the 31 days of October alongside hundreds of people who have signed up this year for Prostate United!🏃🏽

1 in 8 men are diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, the knock on affect it has to families and friends is substantial and can be devastating.

I’m making this my last effort at this particular challenge to help support this very special cause as it looks to push towards £1 million for Prostate Cancer UK since it began.

We all have close friends who may have been affected by this disease, it’s so important for men of all ages to be aware of the signs and symptoms of Prostate Cancer, but also to act early on anything that may concern them.

If you can, any donations towards the cause would be greatly appreciated by myself, Prostate Cancer UK and more importantly those affected. If you can’t then please share and help raise awareness.
