I completely understand that life happens and plans change, and please, I will NEVER be offended if you need to cancel your appointment!

All I ask is that if you know you no longer need your appointment, please let me know and cancel it as soon as you can rather than leaving it until the last minute or not showing up.

I have lots of lovely clients who are desperate for appointments, and when I’m given very little notice, it’s often too late for me to offer that space to someone else.

Your appointment could be someone else’s perfect opportunity to get their hair done, so even a quick message to let me know you can’t make it is hugely appreciated.

Thank you, as always, for understanding, supporting my little business and keeping my chair busy!

✨ EXTREMELY LIMITED LATE NIGHTS & SATURDAYS! ✨

I know lots of you work during the week and rely on my late-night and Saturday appointments, so I wanted to give you a little heads-up!

From now until Christmas, the ONLY dates I can fit anyone in for a late-night or Saturday appointment are:

📅 Saturday 21st November
📅 Friday 4th December

These are the only two dates I have available for late nights or Saturdays before Christmas, so if you need one of these times, please get in touch as soon as possible!

I’d hate for anyone to miss out, especially with Christmas appointments filling up so quickly!

What being home sick as a hairstylist really feels like…
It’s not just feeling awful and staying in bed.

It’s feeling guilty because you had to cancel on clients who have been looking forward to their appointments.

It’s worrying that you’re letting people down.

It’s stressing about rescheduling everyone and trying to find a way to fit them back in.

It’s working on your days off, staying later, or squeezing in extra appointments just to make up for the clients you had to cancel.

It’s lost revenue from the days you physically couldn’t work.

And sometimes, even when you desperately need to rest, you’re thinking about your clients, your schedule, your income, and how you’re going to catch back up.

Being sick as a hairstylist isn’t just “taking a day off.”

There’s a whole domino effect along with it.

So if your hairstylist ever has to cancel because they’re sick, please know they probably feel way worse about it than you realize. 🫶
