Here’s another new treatment for you, like Fire and Ice it is also a contrast therapy, also know as Immersion Therapy.

This is where you immerse yourself in alternative hot/ cold water repeatedly several times.

Research has shown this therapy can help with pain management.

It reduces fatigue, decreases muscle soreness, removes excess lactic acid and decreases swelling to name a few benefits.

3 mins heat/ 1 min cold alternatively for up to 25 mins finishing with cold. A therapist will be with you at all times to monitor your treatment.
