With the Strawberry Full Moon in Capricorn arriving on Tuesday, we’re now within the powerful three-day window for setting intentions, releasing what no longer serves us, and creating space for new beginnings. ♥️🌕🍓

And with glorious weather forecast, a refreshing sea swim is definitely on the cards too. 🌊☀️✨

This year, the weekend is made even more special as it’s Father’s Day , a time to celebrate and remember my dad, who I miss so much. ❤️ Thinking of him as I watch the sunset, gather by the fire, and welcome the sunrise feels like a beautiful way to honour his memory.

Another busy day in the clinic today with a variety of treatments booked in, including deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, hot and cold stone therapy, and Indian head massage.

I’ve been back from holiday for a week now and have definitely hit the ground running! It’s been a complete blur—straight back into treatment sessions, followed by a weekend of training that was incredibly intense and absolutely mind-blowing.

Yesterday was straight back to treatments again, and I’m fully booked right through until Sunday when I finally have a day off to relax and recharge.

On top of that, I have an endless amount of paperwork to read and assessments to complete before I can begin my case studies. It’s certainly going to be a huge learning experience! Fridays will now be dedicated to case study work, and I have six months to complete them.

Hopefully, if all goes well and I pass, I’ll be able to offer this exciting new treatment towards the end of the year.

Exciting times ahead… although I’m sure there will be a few stressful moments along the way too! 🙈✨
