Massage Offers Specific Benefits for Women
Are you a woman who gets massages? If so, what is your reason for calling and making that appointment? We all have different reasons as women for seeking massage therapy. Perhaps it is to relax. Maybe it is because you are a mom and you need some mommy time. Maybe you are an active woman and you get massage to aide in your recovery from the gym. Perhaps you are having a difficult monthly cycle and massage helps ease your discomfort. Or maybe you have other reasons! While massage is beneficial for both men and women, Women’s Health magazine shines some light on specific benefits of massage for a woman’s body.
Benefits of Massage for Women
1. During massage, your sympathetic nervous system (aka: rest and digest) is stimulated, which aides in digestion.
2. Massage can lower blood pressure by lowering your overall heart rate.
3. Massage can boost your immune system, stimulating your killer cells (white blood cells) to attack and fight off foreign pathogens.
4. Massage, even self-massage, can activate the adrenal glands to suppress the release of stress hormones such as cortisol.
5. Again, with the stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system, the brain secretes more happy hormones such as serotonin.
6. With the applied pressure of massage, there is a temporary blocking of pain signals to your brain, allowing for relief from aches and pain.

7 BENEFITS OF A MONTHLY MASSAGE
Cultures around the world have practiced massage for several millennia and yet, researchers and practitioners still haven’t learned all the benefits of a long-term massage regimen. However, a significant body of new research suggests that regular massage offers even more advantages than infrequent sessions.
If you’re not doing so already, here are seven more reasons you should consider adding massage treatment to your monthly calendar.
1. MANAGE ANXIETY AND STRESS
Numerous studies have confirmed that massage as instrumental in reducing stress. For example, a 2016 Journal of Clinical Psychiatry study revealed that anxiety disorder patients who receive massage therapy show a substantial reduction in symptoms.
Researchers attribute this improvement to the “feel good” chemicals — endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine that the body releases during and after a massage. It’s no wonder therapy patients who make regular appointments to their massage therapists report a drastic reduction in stress.
2. MUSCLE RELAXATION
Massage therapy is the perfect way to relax those sore muscles. Whether the soreness stems from an intense workout or sitting in front of the computer for hours on end, there’s nothing better for pain relief than a great sports massage.
We tend to carry a lot of tension in our neck and back muscles. As such, these muscle groups require special treatment which is why many practitioners advocate monthly treatments as opposed to periodic or single visits. Many of our customers get monthly Swedish and Deep Tissue Massages.
3. INCREASE BLOOD FLOW AND CIRCULATION
Our muscles and organs need oxygen to heal and function properly; this is one of the key benefits of massage since it stimulates blood flow. Massage therapy helps provide oxygen and other necessary nutrients to our blood. In doing so, it relieves back pain, heals sore muscles, and is beneficial for one’s overall health and well-being. These benefits are heightened by getting regular massages.
4. PROVIDE LOWER BACK PAIN RELIEF
Many Americans suffer from lower back pain. We tend to hurt our lower back muscles one of two ways—sitting at a desk all day or working out at the gym. As a result, our back muscles get tense from repetitive use or overuse. Getting regular professional massages is one of the best ways to properly relieve tension and lower back pain.
5. IMPROVE YOUR MOOD
Apart from helping manage stress and anxiety, a massage can also be instrumental in lifting your spirits. Since our brains produce happy chemicals such as serotonin, dopamine, etc. during a massage session, anyone suffering from high anxiety levels can benefit.
If you’ve ever seen our customers leave our massage spa, this is why. And if a single massage can improve your sleep, imagine what monthly massages can do.
6. RELIEF FROM SYMPTOMS WITH FIBROMYLGIA
Fibromyalgia is a long-term condition that causes widespread pain and is often accompanied by mood swings and sleep issues. In some instances, it causes fatigue and flu-like symptoms, as well. Those who suffer from this condition may sometimes feel stiffness and pain in their back muscles.
Fortunately, it’s nothing that a monthly trip to your massage therapist can’t address.
7. IMPROVE SLEEPING HABITS
Sleep is critical for good health. Whether you’re having a difficult time falling asleep or just having a difficult time sleeping through the night, a massage acts as a holistic sedative and rivals any sleeping pill.
Massage helps patients sleep because it aids in the body’s release of serotonin. Since regular therapy means a steady flow of neurotransmitters, monthly massage all but assures good sleep – night after night.
As the research and data accumulate, we’re bound to learn even more benefits of monthly massage but for now the items above are reason enough to consider converting those one-off massage sessions to monthly visits.

Stress and Massage
Massage therapy can help undo some of the body's reactions to stress, including lowering cortisol levels, relieving muscle tension, reducing heart rate and blood pressure and increasing endorphin levels by engaging your body's natural healing parasympathetic nervous system.
Along with rebalancing your hormones, massage therapy releases muscle tension. When you're stressed, your muscles tighten in response, and when the stress ends, your muscles generally relax. But if you're constantly stressed, it's likely your muscles can stay slightly, permanently tensed.

YONI MASSAGE
Yoni massage or yonic massage, derived from the word Yoni, a representation of the v***a which symbolizes the goddess Shakti, is a type of Ta***ic full-body massage. It primarily focuses on the l***a, cl****is, g-**ot, uterus, the breasts, the a**s and other erogenous zones. The massage is viewed as therapeutic and is sometimes used as a method of relieving tension, pain, or general discomfort of the va**na. It has been claimed by some practitioners to be helpful to achieve fertilisation, although there is no scientific support for this claim.
Contrary to some beliefs, the purpose of Yoni massage is not to achieve or**sm, although it commonly occurs during Yoni massage. This is presumably because of the higher rate of achieved or**sm during ma********on, compared to s*xual in*******se. Due to the stimulation of the cl****is, v***a, a**s, g-**ot, build-up, and combined and constant stimulation to the erogenous zones during the massage, achieving or**sm via Yoni massage is probable.
Yoni massage is sometimes offered in regular massage parlors, as well as parlors specializing in Ta***ic massage. Yoni massage is a fairly new branch within massage therapy, and is based on the interpretation of Taoist s*xual practices by Joseph Kramer. It was originally a form of s*x magic, and this is still somewhat incorporated in Yoni massage today.

Interesting facts about massage!
Did you know massage is probably the oldest and simplest form of healthcare? It is depicted in Egyptian tomb paintings. It is mentioned in ancient Chinese, Japanese, and Indian texts. The ancient Greek physician Hippocrates describes the practice of anatripis or “rubbing up.”
Massage is scientifically shown to be effective treatment for the following conditions:
– Cancer-related fatigue
– Chronic low back pain
– Frequent headaches
– Post-operative pain
Therapeutic massage is increasingly being promoted by healthcare providers to their patients.
Almost one in five adult Americans (19%) report discussing massage therapy with their doctors or healthcare providers. Of those 19%, more than half (58%) said their doctor strongly recommended or encouraged massage.
More than half of massage therapists (63%) receive referrals from healthcare professionals.
Massage is beneficial for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
– Babies fall asleep faster when massaged than when rocked, and they stay asleep rather than waking the moment Mom tiptoes away.
– When massaged regularly, children suffering from juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, and autism experienced decreased pain, decreased anxiety, and decreased inattentiveness.
– Massage therapy can help to partially restore mobility to the elderly afflicted with Parkinson’s disease and arthritis, and can also reduce levels of anxiety, depression, and the effects of loneliness.
Reap the benefits of massage as it helps all your body’s natural systems function efficiently. Massage is effective in relieving a broad spectrum of symptoms People with a wide variety of conditions, ranging from insomnia to tendinitis to asthma to high blood pressure, receive relief from therapeutic massage. Massage can help us feel less stressed, boost our immune system and increase our mental alertness. Studies have shown massage to reduce heart rate, lower blood pressure, increase blood circulation and the flow of lymph, relax muscles, improve range of motion and increase the body’s natural painkillers.
The most immediate and most noticeable response to massage is relaxation. Not only does relaxation feel wonderful but it also serves an important physiological purpose: when your body relaxes, the functions that heal and restore your body are allowed to take place. Your muscle tension releases, blood flow and hemoglobin levels increase, cellular nourishment and detoxification accelerate, lymphatic flow improves. Your stress and anxiety levels decrease, your immune system is stimulated, body awareness improves, mental alertness increases and depression diminishes. A sense of well-being emerges.
Make Massage a Habit
As with exercise, massage has the greatest benefit when you receive it regularly. The more “practice” you give your body’s systems at functioning in a stress-free and efficient manner, the more “skilled” your body becomes at functioning optimally under challenging circumstances. Whether weekly, semi-weekly, or monthly, a program of regular massage will help your body maintain its overall health.
Massage can help with:
Stress Massage is one of the best known antidotes for stress. Reducing stress gives you more energy, improves your outlook on life, and in the process reduces your likelihood of injury and illness. Massage can also relieve symptoms of conditions that are aggravated by anxiety, such as asthma or insomnia.
Painful or Tight Muscles
Massage can relieve many types of muscle tightness, from a short-term muscle cramp to a habitually clenched jaw or tight shoulders. Some massage techniques release tension directly by stretching, kneading, and compressing your muscles. Others techniques work indirectly by affecting your nervous system to allow your muscles to relax.
Delayed Muscle soreness
After vigorous exercise, a buildup of waste products in your muscles can leave your feeling tired and sore. Massage increases circulation, which removes waste products and brings in healing nutrients.
Pain or Tingling in Arms or Legs
Muscles can become so contracted that they press on nerves to the arms, hands and legs, causing pain or tingling. If this happens, a massage to release the contracted muscles can bring relief.
Injuries
Massage can help heal injuries that develop over time, such as tendonitis, as well as ligament sprains or muscle strains caused by an accident. Massage reduces inflammation by increasing circulation to the affected area, which removes waste products and brings nutrients to injured cells. Certain massage techniques can limit scar formation in new injuries and can reduce or make more pliable the scar tissue remaining around old injuries.
Prevention of New Injuries
By relieving chronic tension, massage can help prevent injuries that might result from putting stress on unbalanced muscle groups or from favoring or forcing a painful, restricted area.
Joint Pain or Restriction
Besides releasing tight muscles that can restrict joint movement, massage works directly on your joints by improving circulation around them and stimulating the production of natural lubrication within them, relieving pain from conditions such as osteoarthritis.
Posture
As massage releases restrictions in muscles, joints, and surrounding fascia, your body is freed to return to a more natural and healthy posture. Massage can also relieve the contracted muscles and pain caused by abnormal spinal curvatures such as scoliosis.
Improve sleep
Not only can massage encourage a restful sleep—it also helps those who can’t otherwise comfortably rest.
Also, if you’re a new parent, you’ll be happy to know it can help infants sleep more, cry less and be less stressed, according to research from the University of Warwick.
Relieve headaches
Next time a headache hits, try booking a last-minute massage. Massage decreases frequency and severity of tension headaches.
Research from Granada University in Spain found that a single session of massage therapy has an immediate effect on perceived pain in patients with chronic tension headaches.

Listen to your body
If a woman is feeling s*xually needy then it is a clear indication that her body is speaking to her. Ma********on is one solution and although very pleasurable it does not recreate the intimacy of foreplay and primal energy of penetrative s*x. Taking a sensual massage provides an opportunity to satisfy this desire, safely and discreetly.
The skill of a professional sensual masseur is to be able to create with their hands and imagination the same erotic effect that a woman would experience with prolonged varied s*xual arousal. Combine this with the intimacy and arousing touch of a relaxing professional massage and she will immediately feel the benefits. Female clients have reported back very soon after a massage that they feel emotionally elated, more grounded, calmer, less anxious, more confident and feel physically relaxed and healthier. If taken regularly then even more profound effect can be experienced such as an improved immune system, better skin, natural loss of weight.
What reasons do women give for wanting a sensual massage?
Some women give the reason for wanting the massage as simply a desire for personal exploration and pleasure others it can be a need to satisfy s*xual frustration. Some come for advice and treatment for a s*xual performance problem such as an inability to or**sm or fear of intimacy. Others come along for just “me time”. Whoever the person or whatever reason they give my goal is to give them an experience that is not only professional, caring and safe but also one that is profoundly satisfying and fulfilling, some say life-changing.
25 reasons given by female clients for taking a sensual massage

Health Benefits of Massage Therapy for Women
Research shows that there is a stress gap between men and women. Women tend to carry and deal with more stress due to domestic duties and emotional labor and women are twice as likely to suffer from stress and anxiety than men. Women juggle so much and take on many roles such as being mothers, homemakers, breadwinners and caretakers. Women also have so many different arenas in which we compete: how we look, our friendships, the work we produce. It often feels like there are so many different ways we can fail. This can lead to self-doubt and low self-esteem which can cause added stress!
One way you can de-stress and relax is by having regular massages. There is no doubt that massage can feel amazing but did you know there are also a lot of health benefits to massage?
Massage can combat stress and anxiety
Studies have shown that massages can increase blood flow to areas of the brain that associate with mood and stress regulation. A study showed that after a massage treatment, people’s levels of the stress hormone cortisol dropped by 31 percent while happy hormones such as serotonin and dopamine were boosted by 30 percent!
Massage can improve posture and realign body imbalances
Massage can help loosen tight muscles that may be locked into painful positions and it also encourages the body to find better posture. Massage can relax and loosen the muscles that may be made sore by poor postures. Massage allows your body to position itself in its natural-and pain-free-posture.
Boost Immune System
Research has found that regular massage can give your immune system a helping hand by increasing the productive of disease-fighting white blood cells.
