Good morning! Just wanted to say a few words about appointment timings. As a mobile business I try and book client's appointments firstly at a date and time that is suitable to them and secondly on a time that makes sense in my diary. This avoids me zagging across from town to town throughout the day and is less likely to lead to delays. It also helps me immensely with regards to the massive increase in fuel prices lately.

Recently I have had to juggle a few appointments. It's not something that I like doing and I try to keep this to a minimum. I'm very grateful to the clients who have accepted this with good grace and understand the situation. Thank you. If a client is really unable to move their appointment time I will always try and honour the original appointment.  I appreciate that this can be frustrating but please understand I'm not being flippant about timings; in fact having to re-juggle a whole day to accommodate one person or make the day more concise, cost effective and run smoother can be stressful.

As always I thank you for your custom, enjoy my visits to you all and appreciate each and every one of you ❤️
