2017 was the last time I went on holiday 😱 oh how I miss the sunshine on my face!
This holiday was a first for me, I decided to be brave and go on a yoga retreat in the lovely Santorini. I travelled by myself and met some incredible people from all around the world! Shared a room with a stranger, went scuba diving for the first time and absolutely feel in love with the island!

Just a reminder for you that’s it’s ok to take sometime for yourself and decide to do what feels right for you.
Take that 2 minute break, ask someone you trust for help, have bad days (have a little cry or stay in bed under the covers), say no to that thing you really don’t want to go to, take a day off for you, and most importantly it’s ok to be yourself. There is no one else in the world that is you, that’s what makes you uniquely magical inside and out!
