Small classes limited to 6/7 people. Adductor muscles are part of our deep core and can be quite problematic when they are too tight and weak.

Phew - itโ€™s been a tad warm! These have been my saves thisโ€ฆ..

1. Half filled โ€˜hotโ€™ water bottles - frozen and popped into bed at night
2. Constant replenishing of water jug and adding electrolytes daily.
3. Tea Towel - wet, in the fridge and I pop it around my neck throughout the day. Eases the heat related headaches.
4. Freezer blocks - more for the dog but he didnโ€™t want them so popped them into my pillow at night.

Self careโ€ฆ.its crazy how we feel that taking time for ourselves is indulgent, expensive, a waste of time.

BUT it really isnโ€™t, taking time to read your favourite book, a walk in nature, an afternoon snooze, a breathing meditation, a swim & sauna, (or of course a massage!), can have enormous benefits.

Your heart rate slows, allowing your cortisol levels to drop, your nervous system switches from fight, flight, fright to rest and digest - which helps to reduce chronic stress, reduce inflammation, reduce our mental load, improves digestions, relaxes our body and released those feel good hormones.

It neednโ€™t take long, a regular routine of including rest in your busy day will overtime create significant changes in how you feel.
