The Drew Do

Hi all 👋🏻👋🏻

Sorry it’s been such a long time since we checked in!!
Life has been MAD.....
Little miss Drew went in for her scheduled heart surgery end of June (estimated stay 7nights)
That surgery went well but.....,..she then contracted COVID and then her heart was failing so she had another surgery to put in a permanent pacemaker and then after that we had feeding issues so we were in hospital for 10 LONG weeks 🤯😭
Obviously it has taken its toll on me and it has taken a very long time to adjust back to normal life and not be living on my nerves and Adrenalin.
We are all now thriving and loving life and all the exciting prep for Christmas 🎅🏼

I am working hard and plotting MY RETURN TO WORK
I am soo keen to get my hands on your Dos and fill that ever growing creative void in me!!

I will be returning in MARCH I will post after Christmas with more details ect

Little miss Drew got to visit The Drew Do for the first time today 🌈

Was lovely being back up the farm....gets me excited for my return to creating Dos in this beautiful space again at some point!

Tallulah will have open heart surgery in the next few months so needs me by her side holding her hand and cheering her on 💪🏼 I will be sure to update you all when we are safely back home!

Hi all
I wanted to let you all know that Tallulah Hope Drew mad a safe arrival in to the world
26/1/22
She is perfect 🌈
We have had a challenging time and only came home from hospital on 8/2/22 we are enjoying setteling in to our routine at home (amoungst hospital visits and specialist visits at home)
Tallulah is already exceeding expectations and we are both excelling in our recovery now 💪🏼 dream team.....Lola has loving accepted our new addition (not that I ever doubted her) and she will be back home with us from Wednesday 🐶🌈

To all those that have messaged ect I have had my work phone off as enjoying this precious time just being mum and not a hairdresser but I really appreciate you all checking in and thinking of us....I will have my phone on now and again and update you all on life with us.

Before we head into 2022 I wanted to say a massive thank to each and everyone of you that has supported my business over the years but especially in the last year.
I have lost many clients this year,those that have stayed loyal and supported me and The Drew Do have shown such compassion and empathy through not only a difficult year for business but the hardest year of my life personally....
The birth and death of my son in February broke me and to all those that have allowed and supported me in my grief I will never have the words to thank you!

The love and support you have shown me since in this (far from simple) pregnancy is beautiful.....
the gifts/money and pre loved items you have all given me in preparation for my new arrival have really touched me ❤️

I am signing off now and I really hope (with all my being) that the next time you hear from me will be to let you know the safe arrival of our new Drew Do family member
