If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must call the salon directly, as we cannot accept cancellations or changes via this messaging service.

By replying ‘Y’, you confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions:
• You will arrive on time for your appointment.
• You understand that 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• If you reply ‘Y’ but fail to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee at our discretion.

If you do not reply with ‘Y’, we may cancel your appointment and offer the slot to another client, as this indicates you are not confirming attendance.
