Sorry for the silence from the tidy penguin lately. It’s been tricky times in my personal life.

I just wanted to let you all know that unfortunately, due to a change in circumstances, I am having to close the salon. I want to thank you all for your amazing support over the years. It has been 5 fantastic years of getting to know you & your families. I have made some friends for life and I am genuinely thankful for being welcomed into your community. The tidy penguin was the first business that I have ever set up and it certainly won’t be the last! The success that it has become is solely down to your loyal support. Thank you so much. Worthing really is the best supportive community for small Independents!

I will be going mobile from now on. If you would like a haircut, please do get in touch. I will not be able to work full time and so will be mainly offering adults appointments. (07964 689499) For any families with kids with SEN please do still get in touch. I understand how hard it can be to get haircuts with new people.

We now currently closed for our summer family holiday. Please contact us after August 15th to book an appointment. Please note we are not taking on any new children clients until after the summer holiday as we are already so busy with our regular little customers. We continue to take on new adult clients. Due to reaching capacity, unfortunately we are currently not able to take on any new child clients. Please can our regular children now book via WhatsApp rather than through the Fresha booking system. We are having to make these changes as many of our regular adult clients have been unable to book appointments. The Tidy Penguin is currently on Spring Break. We are busy hunting eggs and eating copious amounts of chocolate! We’ll be back keeping Worthing tidy on Wednesday the 12th. Happy Easter Everyone 🪺
