When people ask what my happy place is…🐎

01/08/2026

People often ask what keeps me going on the daily, so let’s take a 👀

From coffee to keep me going ☕, treats to win over all of my four-legged patients 🦴🐴, kinesiology tape and electrotherapy equipment essential to any client, to plenty of hydration.

Every single item has its own important purpose, but the best part of the job is always seeing my patients feel and move better. 💜

Healthy dogs aren’t born that way, it comes from daily support.

The little things you do consistently can have a massive impact on your dog’s overall mobility and day to day comfort.

Follow these 4 daily habits:

✨ Walk smarter, not longer.
✨ Build strength, every day.
✨ Recovery is part of fitness.
✨ Spot the signs early.

Dogs are often brilliant at hiding their discomfort, so the first signs of pain are often subtle. The earlier we identify the signs, the more effectively we can help.

The quiet moments often say the most 🤍

Trust isn’t rushed, and healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s found in a soft breath, a relaxed eye, and the connection built one moment at a time.

These are the moments that remind me why I love veterinary physiotherapy. 🐴✨
