I love whipping out my text books, training notes and diagrams in sessions with clients..! Nothing beats a good diagram to illustrate what I’m talking about, and once you know what’s likely going on, you can take steps to help yourself feel a bit better. I love my job! 💖

Morning Admin, again..! So much goes on behind the scenes, it’s a huge mission…especially when it’s not running smoothly! Trying to iron out the kinks in the backend of my booking system, when I’d much rather be ironing out the kinks in my clients muscles! Or, working on a couple of new ideas I’ve got running through my brain. But essential admin it is…. 😭

7 years ago today I lost my husband, so I’m taking a day for myself. No messages will be replied to, or bookings made/cancelled. Please use the online portal to sort out your own sessions for today. Normal service will resume tomorrow. Thanks for your understanding.
