I also trained in beauty therapy, and had a very successful career teaching advanced beauty techniques all over the UK. Until recently I had my own salon, too. But after much soul-searching and personal development, I've gone back to my roots. I've also realised a decade--long dream, and have finally qualified as a hypnotherapist, too! I'm a widowed mummy to IVF twin girls who are almost 7 years old, and have had my fair share of trauma; I decided to use my life experiences to help others. My mission is to help you find inner calm, in whatever modality resonates best with you.

Grateful for my tribe!
I realised at the last minute today that I had a little more time than I thought I did, which is always a nice surprise! And so I reached out to one of my favourite people, Marie Aligned & Curious (who, like me is more spontaneous than a planner..! It’s a friendship that works well!). We headed to the beach for a catch up, and so I could spurt all my business ideas at her..! Ha!! And as ever, she’s helped organise my thoughts a little, but has agreed to coach me to help me get things properly sorted…ooooh there are some big shifts being planned! (But nothing for my clients to worry about, I’m not going anywhere!!!!). Happy Friday to you all, have a wonderful weekend!) Angela 🤩🌱

NIGHT TO REMEMBER 2026
Oh, what a night! We smashed our way through mile after mile, and ended up finishing in 3 hours 33 minutes..! No “minibus of shame” for us! 🤣 It was such a great night, raising money to support , and for our wonderful friend Trudy. It was emotional.
