Two years between these photos and no AI or filters.

And before anyone says anything, yes, the dark brown beard was a choice. A pirate choice. Needless to say, it did not survive the trial period. 🏴‍☠️

But joking aside, this glow-up was not overnight.

Two years ago, I decided to take my own aesthetic presentation seriously. I’ll be 57 this year, and with the door to my 60s getting closer, I wanted to look fresher, healthier and more like how I feel inside.

This has been a gradual, planned process using consistent treatments, not one big dramatic overnight change.
