A safety point worth making. Hyaluronidase is the medicine we use to dissolve filler — and although it’s routine, it carries a real risk of an allergic reaction, occasionally a serious one. So before anyone dissolves your filler, ask whether they can manage that: do they have the emergency kit and a clear protocol on site?
