Worth a look if you're struggling with some tightness and tension around your neck and shoulders; remember, no amount if massage will make up for skipping those stretches!

Apologies to all, after 2 years of dodging COVID-19 it's finally caught up with me.
I'm not feeling too bad at this point, so hopefully it'll pass soon, but in the event you were planning to book in for a treatment please keep an eye on my page for my return to work update.

Remember, treatment vouchers are available in denominations of £10,so tou can give someone the gift of any treatment that you like....or feel that they deserve 😉
