I didn’t fix my shoulder by resting it.
I fixed it by giving it what it was actually missing:
Stability.
Mobility.
Strength.
Most people jump straight into random stretches or heavy exercises…
but if your shoulder isn’t stable, more movement just irritates it.
And if it’s not strong, the pain keeps coming back.
