Welcome to June!!! What are you looking forward to in the month of June?

Here are some of my goals for this month, along with hopefully moving house too 🙏 😊

Tough one i think 🤔 nothing better than getting in to bed when its fresh clean bedding, but then also, nothing better than a sparkling clean kitchen too.

Whats your go to food for hot days? I've meal prepped for the next 2 days so i have decent food while out working 12 hour days.

A salmon dish that will do for 2 lunches

Overnight oats with chocolate dessert sauce for my mid morning 😍

I made potato salad this week too which is fab in the fridge with cold salmon for when I am home.

And frozen yogurt bark with fresh fruit and chocolate sauce to cool down

Snacks of cheese, banana and oranges 🍊 to keep me going in between
