Thank you all more than I can say for all your messages and love ❤ I've spent the last few days moving, sorting, packing and reliving memories that I truly will never forget, with tears and laughter. It has been the best time and I have met some inspirational and special people who will always be in my heart. Always remember it's ok to be not OK, there's always a friend here for you...love you all so much ❤ on to the next chapter # # #

So what's going on behind your back 🤔.....when you have a massage 😀 it's not a place we can easily check ourselves, so with a bit of help from www.skcin.org I've been able to teach myself some signs which may need a check
