This isn’t something I share or write lightly.

I don’t often share personal things like this on my business page, but I wanted to be honest for a moment.

I’ve had more than my fair share of challenges over the years. Losing my dad, living with chronic pain, health struggles, navigating my mental health and facing more obstacles than I can put into words.

Losing my dad has changed me in ways I could never put into words, and learning to carry that grief while continuing with everyday life has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.

There have been many times I’ve questioned myself and whether I was capable of doing the things I was pushing myself to do. But I kept going.

Through everything life has thrown at me, one thing that’s always been important to me is kindness.

You never really know what somebody is carrying behind the scenes, and a little kindness can go a long way.

Most days I just keep going, keep showing up and keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Along the way, I’ve also met some incredibly lovely people.

The kind words, encouragement, friendships I’ve made and support I’ve received have helped me more than those people will probably ever realise.

So if you’ve supported me, my business, booked an appointment, shared a post, recommended me or simply shown me kindness along the way, thank you.

It means more than you’ll ever know.
