A beautiful way to begin Febuary with some self care at a Imbolc seasonal mini retreat to rest and reset the body and soul with Cariad Yoga. Surrounded by the elements there was the warmth of the fire followed by the refreshing coldness of water for a perfect start to the month which created a gentle awakening from the darkness of Winter. Time to create intentions and with the full moon in Leo a time for releasing and moving foward , don't be afraid to let your voice be
