Blushing beauty SLH runs on a strict appointment schedule and as a courtesy to all clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments will not be honoured. Any client who is late will forfeit their appointment and will need to reschedule.

*Bookings. Unfortunately due to alot of last minute cancellations and no shows I have experienced recently I'm afraid I've been given no choice to introduce an upfront booking fee of £5 for any future appointments going forward. This fee will be taken off the total price of the appointment when you pay. The booking fee will be non refundable to no shows and to cancellations within the 24hr period. Any issues please contact me to discuss this further.

*Cancellation Policy
At blushing beauty SLH there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or through social media. Blushing beauty SLH is happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing at least 24 hours notice is given. For the avoidance of doubt failure to notify blushing beauty SLH within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and booking fee. No refunds will be given to last minute cancellations or rescheduled bookings. Bookings with less than 24 hours notice will not be downgraded and the full value at time of booking is payable. Clients arriving late for their appointments will risk loosing their appointment and being charged in full. Please note in the event of a late arrival, blushing beauty SLH may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking.

*Group Bookings
Due to the recent COVID 19 pandemic, there will be no group bookings made available. Only 1 client allowed into the salon at any time.

*Gift Vouchers
If paying with a gift voucher you must give details at time of booking. Gift vouchers must be presented upon arrival for the booked treatment. Failure to attend an appointment will result in full payment for your visit to be deducted from your gift voucher. We will however honour the remaining balance of the voucher for future use. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 1 year. Blushing beauty SLH will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date. You must send proof of your gift certificate before you can be booked in.

*Lost Property
Clients are to look after their property as blushing beauty SLH are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended. Any items left behind and not collected within a one week period will be thrown away.

*Nail Aftercare Service
In the event you chip or break your nails within three days after your nail service, please report this with a photo to blushing beauty SLH via PM on social media and we will offer you a free touch-up on the effected nails within a three day period. Outside this period there will be a small fee, please refer to price list. During busy seasons such as Christmas, there will be no offers to fix nails as there will be no time available to do so.

*Privacy
Rest assured that your privacy is highly important, and blushing beauty SLH are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information collected from you. Blushing beauty SLH do not share any of your personal information with any third party organisations and abide by the principles of the data protection legislation.

*Refunds
All purchases are final and blushing beauty SLH is unable to give any refunds.

*Promotions
Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other. Blushing beauty SLH reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time.

*The Right to Refuse Treatments
Please note blushing beauty SLH reserves the right to refuse treatments; disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated. Blushing beauty SLH reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. No children are allowed on the premises.. Please do not arrive with children or you will forfeit your appointment and be asked to leave and rebook.

*COVID 19 UPDATE :
You are required to come alone to your appointment, if you arrive with a companion they will be asked to leave.. Only one person allowed into my salon at any one time! You are required to come on time for your appointment... Any late arrivals will forfeit the appointment and will need to rebook. I won't be taking back to back clients like before as the salon needs to be in impeccable condition before each client arrives and it takes some time to do the necessary cleaning and sanitizing, so I don't have time for late clients! Please respect this rule and don't be upset if I have to enforce this rule.. You have an appointment time and please keep to it! You will be required to arrive wearing a face mask or face shield.. This is for EVERYONE... I cannot allow you into my salon without one! Do not come if you are feeling anyway unwell, or have been in contact with anyone who is unwell! Contact me as soon as you can about this and I will be happy to reschedule your appointment.. This is for the health and safety of myself, my family, and other clients! You are required to wash your hands before your service can begin. You must also use the hand sanitizer available on the nail desk before your service begins!

You are not permitted to use your phone during your appointment as when you touch it you contaminate your hands... Please switch it off and put it away when you arrive!! I am very limited to the amount of clients I can take in a day. My opening hours are Monday to Thursday 0930am to 3pm and Friday 0930am to 2pm. I will not be taking appointments outside these hours! There is only myself here so if an appointment time is taken then there is no possible way to have another appointment at the same time so don't request that I fit you in if I'm booked out as you will be turned down! You can keep an eye on my availability through my blushing beauty SLH FB group. Any hostility from potential clients will result in you being banned, and you will no longer be offered an appointment! For anyone who is booking in for nails whether you do it through email or through my social media pages...

Please send me an image of what you are wanting done on my page or my Instagram page when you are booking your appointment so that I can be prepared for you.. It makes my job so much easier if I know what you want ahead of time and we won't be wasting time looking through colours and designs at the time of your appointment, and will mean I can get straight into your nail service once you arrive, and after you have washed and sanitized your hands
