Hi, I’m Luisa. I’m excited to be offering holistic massage treatments at the Ultimate Touch Beauty in Wymondham.

A little bit about me... I live near Dereham with my husband and two sons, aged 17 and 19. I have been a midwife for 25 years and work part time as a clinical research midwife. Previously I have held roles as an infant feeding and tongue tie specialist midwife. I have been a certified lactation consultant for almost 20 years.

I have always been interested in Holistic health and wellness and 16 years ago I found yoga- which was very beneficial for my lower back pain at the time. I trained to become a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher in 2017 and then in 2023 completd my menopause yoga training. I am passionate about women’s health and research to improve health outcomes.

Last year I decided to follow a long held dream to train to be a massage therapist, in order to widen my skills for holistic health. I completed my ITIEC level 3 qualification with distinction in April.

I believe I offer a gentle, nurturing approach and enjoy helping people experience the benefits to mind and body that massage can bring.

I have been friends with Sarah for 17 years now after meeting at a mother and baby group with our young children, and am delighted to join the fabulous team at the Ultimate Touch Beauty.
