Today marks the date our Charlotte started her career in hairdressing . Moving with us to Yateley in the middle of her apprenticeship & continuing her studies through covid & qualifying with distinction ! Charlotte is a smashing young stylist and we are very proud . We are celebrating with her as she reaches a special anniversary ….. 10 YEARS !! Congratulations 🥂….

So most of you know that we like to support a charity each year and the last few years we have supported Alzheimer's Society . The majority of us know someone who has been or who is affected by this disease . Most of you will know that Tania is a keen runner and has recently completed the Hampton Court Half Marathon in the cold and rain !! All this for fun you say , No is the answer to that!Tania has been supporting her sister Phillipa AKA Billz whilst she trains for the London Marathon in April of this year. In order to enter the London Marathon you have to pledge a certain amount of money for Charity & the minimum is £2500.00 so although Billz is well on her way with her donations we have decided as a salon that we shall help her raise her funds as she has chosen Alzeimers. The salon will close for a while this afternoon as today we say goodbye to a very special lady , Sonja , better known to us as the “Duchess” . We were fortunate to have shared our salon life together and she will be very much missed by us all .

So here we are 2026……….
Christmas Decorations have been dismantled, put away & now the salon has a slight empty echo!
We need to polish off the Mince Pies but then the biggest decision is do we open some chocolates, biscuits or sweets to have with our coffee or just munch our way throughout the day. Once we closed on Christmas Eve, we did have a rest up for a good 5 days before heading back in for end of year bookings! We as a staff all enjoyed a fabulous evening at the London Palladium for the Pantomime Sleeping Beauty having had a lovely meal at The Hard Rock Café just off Piccadilly Circus. We then took a walk up to the Theatre so we could see all the festive lights on route.
So before signing off we would like to say a huge “thankyou” ….. as always, we are overwhelmed by the thought and kindness you show us all at Christmas. To those of you that contributed to the staff Christmas Panto Treat, for spoiling us with all the fab chocolates & biscuits & for our personal gifts. We all enjoy our salon life & look forward to seeing you all in hopefully the very near future ……..until then take care
