Pleased to announce I have passed my Reiki one course. Thank you to my lovely clients who were my case studies. Starting my Reiki two in October. I will be learning more about Reiki healing symbols and chakra cleansing and crystal placements.

Completed my yearly therapist sun cancer awareness course this week. My Clients health and their welfare is a huge priority for me. Recently having a few clients with new cancer diagnosis and treatment required its always good to keep on top of skin cancer awareness. I always look and check for abnormal moles and skin patches on clients as well as on the feet and nail beds. Any areas your concerned about I'm happy for you to just drop in and I can check for you. You can have skin cancer in the nail bed as well as on the base of your feet. Anything I'm concerned about then I will take photos with your concent and refer you to your GP. Im also happy to measure and keep records of any moles or skin patches to check any suspicious growth.

Who says ladies just need pampering. Men definitely don't talk about their problems and their stress levels. They definitely need some quality pampering and time out just like us ladies. We all need to recharge and destress in our busy lifes. I treat many male client's mainly client's friends family members and husbands. Bespoke treatments are tailored to them.
