Love my gym membership at Westlands Sports and Fitness and Goldenstones Leisure Centres. I lost 4 kilograms by doing my exercises everyday and it makes me feel a lot better, fitter and happier. I’ve been going to the gym ever since I had my triple heart by pass 8 years ago and never stop exercising since then. Teachers and Instructors are very friendly and helpful and always accommodating to everyone’s needs. I do different classes like Pilates, Body Balance, Dancefit Zumba, Studio Stretch, Strength and Conditioning; and will try Aquafit and Aqua Dance next week. I can recommend to everyone.

Been testing the different ph of water coming from my Enagic Kangen machine.
Dark purple is from ph 9.5, then next from beauty water and the other one from clean water; all of them coming from Enagic Kangen machine.
Not even tested water coming directly from the tap or faucet.
So happy and grateful we have this machine to give us the best quality and cleanest water we drink and use for cooking everyday.
