This is so delicious - shrimp 🦐 and chorizo pasta….

Pan fry a couple of cloves of grated garlic in olive oil until slightly coloured, add 75g of sliced good quality chorizo, a diced chilli/1/2 a chilli (according to spice preferences). When the chorizo is sizzling add 150g of king prawns, the juice of one organic lemon, a good handful of basil and 115g cherry tomatoes, halved - and when the prawns turn from from grey to pink take the sauce off the heat. Add sea salt and black pepper. Serve with fresh pasta.

Just my favourite kind of food - fresh tagliatelle with courgette, prawns, garlic, mint and lemon πŸ‹

Gently pan fry 4 grated cloves of garlic in extra virgin olive oil. When starting to colour slightly, add a finely chopped courgette and a small handful of fresh mint, chopped. Pop some fresh pasta on to cook. Meanwhile add some cooked prawns to the garlic pan and warm through. When the courgette is soft, turn off the heat. Add sea salt and black pepper. Pile the pasta onto plates, adding a drizzle of olive oil and then top with the prawn mixture, with a grating of lemon zest, a drizzle of olive oil and more fresh mint. Delicious.
