We were in the Chapel for yoga class this morning as the Harriet Centre was in use...what a treat it was.

Light streaming in through the windows, trees and a blue sky to see...and underfloor heating!

A fab week of Moon Salutations for the full buck moon on Wednesday (that I missed!)
A brilliant effort by everyone this week, it's been a pleasure to practice together in Moon Salutation and alternate nostril breathing. These practices promote mental balance; calming, cooling, regulating.
So hopefully you feel suitably balanced going into this weekend :)
