My 6 month gym journey… come a long way from that miserable man at the start! Now I’m the heaviest iv been and really happy maintaining at this sitting 102kg today. Built some good muscle tissue and very happy with how trim I got for summer this year but time to enjoy and relax on my weekends and prepare the next phase… Winters coming ❄️🥩🧀🍷
