Gracie & I are taking part in The Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge in just under two weeks in memory of Gracie’s beautiful friend Mariella Rose who very tragically and heartbreakingly lost her life earlier this year at just 17 💔

This is in support of Mariellas foundation to help support families and young people with barriers faced in diagnosis of dyslexia 💕

The strength, resilience and courage shown by mariellas parents is absolutely inspiring . Mariella was an only child and I cannot ever for one second imagine how hard every single second of every day has been and is like for them since losing Mariella🥰
it is truly heartbreaking 💔

This is a huge challenge for Gracie walking 25 miles, climbing 3 mountains in twelve hours when usually it might be a couple of trips up and down the stairs a day 😂😂

I am going to be there 💯attempting with Gracie and the team ,
I am obviously still recovering from a broken ankle but I’ve been given training advice and advice for on the day from my doctor so I’m a determined mama that I will be there and 💯 complete the challenge to honor mariella, her family and to support and encourage Gracie my beautiful girl 🥰🥰whatever it takes I’m not a quitter!
So I’m on it with training and rehab 💪

The team is absolutely incredible full of people who loved Mariella from all different walks of her life and I know already if will be a hugely emotional but amazing day 💕

Back at hospital Today& xray, still broken but healing well so have some new fancy footwear! It’s all very clever!

This is my new clip clops for the next 4 weeks as well as the boot when I need it , physio in the next month, once I’ve started that I will be able to drive and wait for it EXERCISE again yayyyyyyy hallelujah 🙌 not doing my walks/runs is killing me I mean prob still won’t be able to run but give me the walks!!!!!! 🤣🥲

Last time I will say it as I know I say it all the time but honestly thank you to everyone for been so understanding & patient over the last few months .

I’ve finished work until the 9th September, celebrating Dans birthday tomorrow well Rugby on the tele and an Asda Chinese fakeaway but hey 😂

I’m away Sunday for a week , really hope to switch off, reset, recharge , be present & spend quality time with my girls, nephew & sister in law and finally get to enjoy some sunshine as I’ve seen about 60minutes this year! 🤦‍♀️
hopefully sweat this cold away& properly rest the leg so I can get back to my walks ASAP 🫶🫶🫶

I’m finishing Friday 18th December , thats 16 weeks away so anyone not booked in feel free to work back from your preferred Christmas dates and get booked in the appointments you would like.

I’ve opened up an extra night that week as my late night is already full so if you are an evening client please get booked in as once they are gone there gone 😘😘😘
