MEET THE TEAM — PAUL

Hi, I’m Paul, co-founder of Maslow Wellness Centre in Kirk Hammerton, alongside my wife, Laurie.

My specialist area—and something I’m genuinely passionate about—is rehabilitation and helping people feel stronger, recover well and improve their overall quality of life.

At Maslow, my focus includes:

• Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
• Pelvic floor health for both men and women
• Lymphatic drainage
• Medical-grade light therapy for skin health, injury recovery and rehabilitation

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing an ongoing health concern or simply want to support your body to perform at its best, I’m here to talk you through the options and help you find the right approach for you.

With my background in mental health and wellbeing, I have always understood that true confidence comes from so much more than outward appearance. You can change what the world sees, but lasting change happens when you also nurture the person within.

That belief is at the very heart of why Paul and I created The Maslow Wellness Centre.

We wanted to create somewhere that cares for the whole person — mind, body and emotional wellbeing. A beautiful place where you can step away from the noise, take a breath and give something back to yourself.

Today, we feel incredibly proud to work alongside a wonderful team of practitioners who share that vision. Together, we offer a truly holistic experience in the most peaceful surroundings — combining expert care, meaningful connection and complete relaxation.

Because looking after yourself isn’t vanity.
It isn’t selfish.
And it isn’t only about appearance.

It’s about feeling stronger, calmer, healthier and more like yourself again.
