🌿 And just like that, September comes to an end…

Another month of growing, creating, packing, delivering, sharing our teas and connecting with all of you. 💚
This month we also spent some time getting to know Dandelion Tea, our September Tea Spotlight, and we hope you enjoyed learning a little more about the plant behind the cup.

As we turn the page to October, we're grateful for every order, every message, every share and every cup of Island Bliss enjoyed along the way.

Thank you, September. Here's to a beautiful new month ahead. 🌿

🌼 As September comes to a close, we're taking one more look at our featured tea — Dandelion.
Throughout the month, we've introduced you to this familiar little yellow plant, shared some of its history and explored why it has been enjoyed in herbal traditions for generations.
But there's still much being learned about dandelion. 🌿
It contains a variety of naturally occurring plant compounds, and researchers continue to study its properties and potential biological effects. While many traditional uses have been associated with dandelion over the years, human research is still limited — which is why we believe in sharing the tradition and the facts.
For us, that's part of appreciating herbal tea: learning about the plants behind the cup. ☕🌼
Simple plant. Interesting story. Naturally Island Bliss.

🌿 BEHIND THE BLISS — Then & Now

Before the beautiful finished boxes reach the shelves, there are many hours of work behind the scenes.

These photos take us back to our Golden Bliss Natural Teas days — boxes laid out, tea sachets being packed, and plenty of hands-on work. 💚

Fast forward to today, and that same care continues under Island Bliss Teas — with a new name, new packaging and a brand that has grown tremendously, but the heart of what we do remains the same.

That last photo? Island Bliss orders packed and ready to head out. 📦🌿🇬🇩

Sometimes you don't realise how far you've come until you look back at where you started.

New name. New look. Same dedication behind every box.

3 years ago today… 🌿☕

Facebook reminded me of this little piece of our journey.

From our tea shop days, to growing, learning, evolving and eventually becoming Island Bliss Teas.

So much has changed since this photo was taken — the name, the packaging, the way we operate and the vision for the future — but the heart behind the teas remains the same. 💚

Sometimes growth isn’t about staying in the same place. It’s about allowing the journey to evolve.

Grateful for every chapter that brought us here.
