My son, Amirkhon, is 6 years old, and we are from Uzbekistan.
In July 2024, he underwent a transplantation of his own stem cells for the treatment of autism at the Mardaleishvili Clinic in Georgia.

As early as three months after the transplantation, we noticed the first results. Before the transplantation, Amirkhon only had echolalia; now he speaks independently. His concentration has improved, and he has become receptive to learning. He now knows the alphabet, numbers, the names of animals, vegetables, and fruits. He has developed a strong love for books and has learned to read by syllables.

Before the transplantation, Amirkhon had no sense of fear or danger; he used to run away from home and run onto the roadway. Now he has developed a sense of self-preservation and understands what is allowed and what is not.

Amirkhon has become more sociable, has started to hug and play with other children. Previously, it was difficult to go out with him; now he behaves calmly in public.

After the transplantation, his sleep normalized, and self-aggressive behavior completely disappeared.

We are very grateful to the doctors of the clinic and hope for further improvement in our son’s condition.

Mon fils, Amirkhon, a 6 ans, et nous venons d’Ouzbékistan.
En juillet 2024, il a subi une greffe de ses propres cellules souches pour le traitement de l’autisme à la clinique Mardaleishvili, en Géorgie.

Dès trois mois après la greffe, nous avons remarqué les premiers résultats. Avant la greffe, Amirkhon ne présentait que de l’écholalie ; aujourd’hui, il parle de lui-même. Sa capacité de concentration s’est améliorée et il est devenu réceptif à l’apprentissage. Il connaît désormais l’alphabet, les chiffres, les noms des animaux, des légumes et des fruits. Il a beaucoup appris à aimer les livres et a appris à lire par syllabes.

Avant la greffe, Amirkhon n’avait pas le sens de la peur ni du danger : il s’enfuyait de la maison et courait sur la chaussée. Aujourd’hui, il a développé un instinct de préservation et comprend ce qui est permis et ce qui ne l’est pas.

Amirkhon est devenu plus sociable, a commencé à faire des câlins et à jouer avec d’autres enfants. Auparavant, il était difficile de sortir avec lui ; maintenant, en société, il se comporte calmement.
Après la greffe, son sommeil s’est régularisé et l’auto-agressivité a complètement disparu.

Nous sommes très reconnaissants envers les médecins de la clinique et espérons une amélioration continue de l’état de notre fils.

Je m’appelle Kristina, je suis la maman des jumeaux Nelly et Nik.

À l’âge de cinq ans, mes enfants ont bénéficié d’une transplantation de leurs propres cellules souches à la clinique Mardaleishvili en Géorgie pour la correction de l’autisme.

Comme l’état de Nik était initialement plus compliqué que celui de Nelly, les résultats chez Nelly se sont manifestés de façon plus évidente. Avant la transplantation, elle ne prononçait que des sons. Mais dans les six mois qui ont suivi, elle a commencé à parler, à former des phrases. Aujourd’hui, elle parle avec de longues propositions, peut raconter une histoire, apprendre des poèmes et chanter des chansons.

Chez Nik est apparue une compréhension complète du langage adressé. Il peut s’exprimer par des gestes, chercher sur le téléphone une image de n’importe quel objet et nous la montrer.

Les enfants sont devenus plus attentifs, plus concentrés et plus faciles à instruire. Nelly a appris à résoudre de petits exercices de mathématiques.

Autrefois Nik était complètement non-contact, il ne laissait personne le toucher. Aujourd’hui, il recherche les câlins, accepte de se faire couper les cheveux et les ongles. Les enfants ont maintenant des amis, et il est devenu plus facile de les emmener dans des lieux publics.

À l’âge de sept ans, sous notre contrôle, ils peuvent faire des courses dans un magasin : ils choisissent ce qu’ils aiment, remplissent le panier et paient de façon autonome avec le téléphone. Ils s’occupent d’eux-mêmes : ils s’habillent, se déshabillent, se servent à manger, réchauffent les plats et versent le thé.

Avant son entrée à l’école, Nelly a passé le test de Wechsler, qui a révélé un QI de 97 (dans la norme). Son diagnostic d’autisme a été remplacé par un diagnostic de trouble du langage (TL), et celui de Nik par un re**rd de développement du langage (RDL).

Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits et reconnaissants des résultats obtenus grâce à la transplantation de cellules souches.

My name is Anna, and I am the mother of a five-year-old boy named Sasha, who has an autism
spectrum disorder. For a long time, I had been searching for a clinic specializing in stem cell

The transplantation went successfully, and I truly felt that we had placed our trust in the right

The results we observed in Sasha were beyond anything we expected. The next day after the
transplantation, for the first time in five years, I saw my son dance. It was clumsy, but it brought
us indescribable joy. Sasha began using the toilet independently. He also started clearly showing
what he wants to watch on the phone — something he had never been able to communicate
before. All these changes happened within just two days after the procedure. I sincerely hope this
is only the beginning.
We are deeply grateful to the doctors of the Mardaleishvili Clinic for giving us this opportunity
and hope. We wish them continued success in their important work.
