Visiting us for the first time? Here’s everything you need to know to make your visit as easy, comfortable and relaxing as possible. ✨

1. Arriving at the Tennis Club 🎾
Follow the entrance into the Tennis Club and make your way inside.

We’re located within the Tennis Club, so there’s no need to worry if it’s your first time visiting us, simply follow the signs towards the clinic area.

2. Arrive a little early & enjoy a coffee ☕️
If you arrive a little early for your appointment, why not take a moment to relax in the café and enjoy a coffee while taking in the beautiful tennis court views?


You’re also welcome to stay and enjoy the café after your appointment, so there’s no need to rush off once your treatment is complete. 🤍

3. Finding us ✨
When you’re ready, make your way through to the clinic area, where our team will be ready to welcome you. If you’re unsure where to go, don’t hesitate to ask a member of the Tennis Club team.

4. Step inside & relax 🤍
As soon as you enter the clinic, you can leave the outside world behind. A calm, welcoming space awaits you and depending on your treatment, our LED light therapy bed may already be waiting for you. ✨

5. Please arrive on time ⏰
To make the most of your appointment and ensure we can give you the time and attention you deserve, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you’re visiting us for the first time, arriving a few minutes early is always a good idea, especially if you’d like to enjoy a tea/coffee beforehand.

6. Your appointment begins ✨
We’ll take the time to talk through your goals, answer any questions and make sure you feel completely comfortable before your treatment begins. Together, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
