Mental Health is an extremely sensitive subject with many stigmas attached to it. One misconception about mental health is that anyone who experiences it is "crazy." This is a complete fabrication. Our emotional, psychological, and social well-being all fall under the category of mental health. It impacts the way we feel, think, and behave.

Additionally, it influences how we respond to stress, interact with others, and make good decisions. How we respond to it is crucial.
