What is the difference difference between a Scrub and an Exfoliator? 😳

The main difference between scrub and exfoliator is that scrub is a cream-based skincare product that contains tiny exfoliating particles while an exfoliator is a mechanical or chemical agent you apply to the skin to remove dead cells from the surface of the skin

There are two types of exfoliators;
1. Mechanical/physical exfoliators
2. Chemical exfoliators.

A scrub is a type of mechanical exfoliator, which uses friction to cleans the skin.

PS: avoid using srubs with heightened levels or grittier, and often larger chunks for your face.
This is because the skin on our face is more delicate compared to the rest of your body

Should men exfoliate?
When should men exfoliate?

For a very long time now, there has been a big misconception about exfoliating.
It's believed that only women exfoliate or that only women should exfoliate.
Do not fall for it guys!
Men equally need to exfoliate and some do.
As part grooming practice, Guys should exfoliate twice a week, preferably before shaving.
First, apply the scrub of your choice onto your wet face.
Next, get to scrubbing.
Keep in mind that you shouldn't scrub too hard or too roughly and you should use lukewarm water to rinse your face and dub it dry with a clean towel
