EXFOLIATION

Exfoliation is when you use something a bit abrasive like sugar or spa salt to shed off dead skin cells in order to regenerate a new and brighter skin cell.
Exfoliating your skin makes your skin products to work faster and absorb better, it makes your skin feel relaxed and brighter
If you don't exfoliate your skin, no matter how expensive the skincare products you get, they won't work on your skin or they would work for a while and stop working.

How to exfoliate:

Pour warm water on your skin first
Apply your scrub all over and rub gently for some minutes in circular motion.
Wash off after some minutes with warm water or cold water depending on the type of scrub your using
Then bathe normally with your soap with normal water.
