if you have dry hair (naturally or because of the weather) add honey to your treatment.

One moisturizing treat is honey plus an ayurvedic powder eg Amla or Bhringraj powder plus your conditioner (optional).

Use equal ratios. Apply to damp hair, put 2 plastic bags and a towel cap on and leave for min 30 min(or more)

Rinse out with water.
