We can’t all be shark whisperer superheroes and swim with sharks to save our oceans!

BUT..

What we can do is to be active in regular beach cleanup projects.
 
On Ghana’s Independence Day, together YES Alumni Association Ghana in collaboration with GRIPE, Zoomlion and OP studios, we stormed to the beachfront of Vienna Guest House in Chorkor. Equipped with the right tools and above all our energy, smiles and willingness to make a difference; we conducted our first Beach Cleanup project for the year.
 
Thousands of marine animals worldwide are affected daily by beach pollution. Beach cleanups are vital in mitigating the problem caused by ocean debris and contribute greatly in making our seas a much safer habitat for marine live to thrive in.

Our beach clean-up program was good but is not a one-time solution. It's essential to encourage and educate others on the impact of littering on the ocean. Every individual's contribution makes a difference; if we work together, we can achieve great things.

Let's be part of the solution and not the problem. Let's take responsibility for our actions and ensure we protect the environment and the marine life that depends on it. Together, we can make a difference and create a better world for ourselves and future generations.
