And here she is!!! Isn't she a sight for sore eyes recipe inspiration from she suggested our first secret ingredient Greek yogurt! You can add this to the batter for more moisture. Our 2nd secret ingredient is Baobab Powder which contains high levels of (a natural thickener & sweetener) which enabled us to use less sugar (brown of course) oh and pectin is great in preventing and so yes we sprinkle that stuff on EVERYTHING!!!

Had some friends over for dinner and decided to make a delicious semi-"healthy" carrot cake (side eye) I added 2 secret ingredients to make the cake extra special 1.Yogurt and 2.Baobab Powder results were SPECTACULAR and everybody loved it! More coming your way soon!
