Some years back, I dreaded going to the salon because they would pull my roots so hard that I felt the hair would fall out sometimes.
On one occasion I did some Kinky braids...oh my! I could not sleep well for 3 nights. My roomies Afua, Ingrid and Audrey had to take turns to comfort my scalp applying warm towels on my head combined with painkillers😆😆
