If you use ECG MBH prepaid meter you need to stock up credit ahead of 3-day maintenance on server this weekend The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has advised prepaid customers to stock up on credit as it embarks on a three-day emergency maintenance on the MBH Prepayment Server.

No more printing and distribution paper bills – Tema Region Ghana Water

The management of ghana water limited, gwl- tema region, wishes to inform its cherishd customers that, effective 1st october 2024, it will no longer print and distribute paper bills to customers.

Instead, customers will continue to receive their water bills via sms on their phones, e-mail and the gwcl customer app.

This exercise is part of the transition process from paper billing to full paperless billing.

Management is therefore appealing to customers who do not have their phone numbers and e-mail addresses in our system yet or have recently changed their phone numbers to update us whenever our field officers visit their premises.

Additionally, customers are encouraged to download the gwcl customer app from google play or apple store now, for easy and convenient way of receiving and payment of water bills.
